Monitoring Institute and is provided for internal use only.
1. Permitted use. Permission is granted to ABMI staff, students, and
collaborators working on ABMI projects to install, use, and modify
this software for the purpose of carrying out ABMI work, including
research and analysis conducted under an ABMI project or
collaboration agreement.
2. Restrictions. The software may not be redistributed, published,
sublicensed, sold, or otherwise made available to third parties
outside the scope of Permitted use without prior written permission
from ABMI. This applies to the source code, to modified versions,
and to derivative works.
3. Data. The spatial data this software reads, catalogues, and
describes is licensed separately from the software itself. Access
to the ABMI science share and to the individual layers on it is
governed by the terms recorded in each layer's metadata and by the
licences of the original data providers. Nothing in this licence
grants any right to that data.
4. Attribution. Analyses and publications that rely on this software
should credit the Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute.
5. No warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
